The Family Resource Center is Full Circle’s newest addition. The Family Resource Center hours are:

  • Monday & Tuesday 8 am-4 pm

  • Wednesday 1 9m-4 pm

  • Thursday 8 am-4 pm

  • Friday 8 am-2 pm

  • Saturday & Sunday Closed

Currently, our main client services are:

  • Family Goal Planning

  • Resource Support

  • Resource Connections

  • Financial Assistance

If you are looking to get help getting connected to resources and/or are in need of resource connections, financial assistance, are interested in participating in our Family Goal Planning program, or would like to learn about any of our programs, please fill out the Self Referral Form below or give our team a call at 719-486-2400. At this time it is best to call ahead to schedule a time with one of our coordinators or complete the form and one of them will call you.
